 This five day tour is arranged to give you a glimpse of the history, culture, wildlife, beaches & the metropolis of Sri Lanka.

You will visit the last kingdom of Sri Lanka- Kandy. And witness the influences of the historical, colonial and urban forces in shaping the architectural and cultural icons of the city. You will visit the sacred temple of the tooth relic and the surrounding cultural sits.

The visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage will be a one in a lifetime experience where you will experience the jungle giants and their little ones are being cared and reared by man.

The turtle hatchery of Kosgoda is another rare experience you will have during this tour. You will see the endangered species of turtle in this conservation center under the protection & care of the human beings.

Finally, you will arrive to Colombo metropolis for a enjoyable city exploration. This modern city offers vibrant experience of the shopping, nightlife and urban experience you those who seek just that.

Day 01 -Airport–Colombo

You will be assisted upon your arrival at the airport by one of our Representatives and will be driven to Colombo.
Highlights: En route discover the best combination of several ancient Buddhist temples, Hindu Kovils, churches and mosques which represent a mix of cultures.

Day 02 -Colombo – Kandy

Highlights: Visit Temple of Tooth Relic witness a cultural show
Kandy was the last Kingdom of Sri Lanka and it’s recognized as a World Heritage Site by United Nations. The name 'Kandy' conjures visions of splendor and magnificence .Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive .You can enjoy the evening around the Kandy Lake, visit the bazaar, arts & crafts centre and the gem museum.

Day 03 -Kandy-Pinnawala-Colombo–Bentota Highlights:Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.

The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage provides visitors with the best chance of seeing a large number of elephants at close range. Today some of the se orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing heir calfs born in the same location. The great attraction is to visit at feeding time to see the baby elephants being bottle fed and the entire herd taken for a bath thereafter to the rivernearby.
En route enjoy charming beach in Bentota where the perfect location for a day at the beach since it’s far enough from the noise and commotion of the city, yet with minimum travel time.

Day 04 -Bentota-Balapitiya–Kosgoda–Bentota

Highlights: Visit Bentota, Enjoy river safari & Kosgoda turtle hatchery
The Madu River is a shallow water body in south west Sri Lanka, which enters the sea at Balapitiya. During the river safari, visit uninhabited islands and a cinnamon plantation where you could get an insight into typical rural life. Kosgoda is famous for its turtle hatchery operated by the Wildlife Protection Society of Sri Lanka. Several species of turtles, especially the endangered hawksbill are protected here. Most vulnerable of all are their eggs which are left uncovered on beaches all around the coast. These eggs are brought to the hatcheries by the fishermen. Visitors are shown the huge tanks filled with new born but lively hatchlings. After being fed, the hatchlings are taken to the sea and released when they are a few days old.

Day 05 -Bentota-Colombo–Airport

Highlights: Enjoy Colombo city tour and observe the beauty of Colombo’s natural greenery and abundant waterways.
You can highly entertain the blend of unique bazaar style pedestrian stalls, barrow boys, branded doublets and a number of dramatic and awe-inspiring religious monuments other place of interest is the Pettah bazaar where you can shop for bargain.
After all the roaming, your guide will direct you to the airport for a safe return journey with Sri Lankan Airlines.
